Mark provides leadership on developing relationships with joint venture partners, securing senior and equity finance, managing project due diligence, performing financial evaluations and financial modelling and provides support for commercial and contractual negotiations up to contractual and financial close and during operations thereafter. He is a qualified solicitor and specialises in the structuring and delivery of partnership and other joint venture arrangements using a variety of funding sources and structures. He has over 20 years’ experience and worked as a Partner in a major international law firm before taking up his current role. Adrian also sits on the operational project board of the special purpose company responsible for delivering a £120m schools development in the North West of England and has management team responsibility within the business for Corporate Social Responsibility.
