With almost 15 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, Emma is highly skilled in administrative duties. During her time at MSIL, Emma has taken on a wider role as EA and HR Administrator and manages the administrative function of our business.

Emma provides a high-quality administrative support to the Management Team with effective management of outlook diaries and prioritisation of meetings.  Additionally, Emma takes the lead organising internal and external events and looking for opportunities for team building and enabling staff to network.  Emma also works with the Head of HR to maintain and update records, documents and internal databases.

Emma has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues across the Morgan Sindall Group. Emma has accomplished many achievements during her time at Morgan Sindall Investments but the most noteworthy is leading on various fundraising events and challenges to achieve over £40k for our partnership charity.

Emma is also designated as one of two Mental First Aiders for the company, alongside Henry Otti. Together they manage and support our Mental Health awareness commitment, which is aimed at improving mental health and promoting a more open and supportive culture for positive health in the workplace.
