Fabrizio Stefanoni

Development Manager

During a career spanning over 20 years, Fabrizio has worked in a variety of roles as consultant, contractor and client, primarily in the residential sector, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the design, construction and post-construction processes. Qualified architect and member of the RIBA, he is recognised as a strong technical leader focussing on energy efficiency and environmental impact mitigation.

Fabrizio was the client-side development and technical leader of the team that successfully achieved planning consent for the award-winning Clapham Park masterplan, the biggest full planning application ever approved in England. He collaborates with the London Energy Transformation Initiative to identify domestic carbon-neutral heating systems that will eventually replace common gas boilers.

Involved in the Chalkdene joint-venture since its inception, Fabrizio initially created operational processes and procedures for the new business, while managing a team of project managers. Now seconded from Lovell Partnerships, he oversees a number of developments within the programme, from initial brief to project completion and aftercare. He oversaw the creation of the Chalkdene housing typologies and now collaborates with designers and cost consultants to upgrade them to zero carbon standards.
