Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) – a joint venture between Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments – is holding a meet the buyer event on Wednesday 27 April from 9am to 11am at East Berkshire College’s Langley College campus at Station Road, Slough, SL3 8BY. Please come and join us.

SUR is the developer behind several projects already on site: Milestone - an exciting collection of 49 houses and 24 apartments at Ledgers Road; The Curve - new modern library and community building; and Arbour Park Community Sports Facility. These projects will be followed by a pipeline of regeneration projects over the next 10 years to improve the residential, educational, leisure, social and commercial infrastructure of Slough.

Doors will be open from 9am with presentations from SUR and its main contractors starting at 9.30am. The main contractors Lovell Partnerships (for the residential projects) and Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure (for non-residential projects) will be taking questions and offering advice on how companies can join their supply chain in Slough.

Talk to us about how your company can get involved and the tender opportunities available for relevant work packages that you can bid for.

RSVP to [email protected] We hope to see you there.
