Wes is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience in real estate development, planning and funding. He joined Morgan Sindall in 2008, working with Muse Developments for 10 years before moving across to Morgan Sindall Investments as a Director in April 2018. He subsequently became Managing Director in February 2019.

He leads on all public/private partnership development activities, delivering complex multi-phased and mixed tenure projects. Wes is also in charge of supervising the delivery of MSI’s development and capital activities, which includes schemes in Slough, Hertfordshire, Brentwood and Hub West Scotland, in addition to his role on the Bournemouth Development Company Board.

Adam Titmus, Finance Director

Adam is a qualified accountant with over 15 years' experience. Prior to joining the Morgan Sindall Investments Board in 2018 he spent 6 years in other senior finance roles within the wider Morgan Sindall Group.

Adam leads and supports the financial aspects of all of our activities, including the support services that we provide to our joint venture projects.

Richard Dixon, Director

Richard Dixon linked In


Richard is a Morgan Sindall Investments Board Director and leads on Capital Strategy and Investment Management.

In 2017, Richard led on the launch of the £100m SHIP fund with the Universities Superannuation Scheme which invests in supported housing across the UK.

Richard is also a board member of a number of Morgan Sindall’s strategic property joint ventures with the public sector which deliver regeneration across a mix of uses and residential tenures.

Adrian Turner, Director of Legal and Commercial

Adrian is responsible for legal and commercial matters. He works with both our public and private sector partners to help structure and deliver long term partnership solutions. His expertise includes property and other joint ventures and a range of other commercial structures, including project finance.

Adrian is a qualified solicitor with more than 24 years’ experience and was a Partner in a major international law firm before joining Morgan Sindall Investments. He also sits on the board of Slough Urban Renewal, our partnership with Slough Borough Council.

Andy Howell

Andy is the General Manager for Morgan Sindall Investment’s Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) JV with Slough Borough Council and is currently working alongside the Partnership’s board and wider stakeholders to plan and deliver the overall strategic vision.

With an increased pipeline of regeneration projects planned for the next 10 years, Andy is continuing to drive SUR’s success, improving the residential, educational, leisure, social and commercial infrastructure of Slough for the benefit of all those who live and work in the town.

Andy has a broad portfolio of property development experience and has previously assisted clients in a strategic advisory role, developing best practice and directing multiple development activities.

Duncan Johnston

Development Director, Bournemouth Development Company

Duncan joined Morgan Sindall Investments in 2007 coming from both a construction & development background in various sectors, with 15+ years in a lead role in developing for Public Sector Partnerships.

Duncan was instrumental in the successful bid for the Local Asset Backed Vehicle (LABV) in Bournemouth, establishing The Bournemouth Development Company LLP (BDC) and continuing to prove delivery with day to day responsibility as Development Director.

Building on being the first LABV, the successes have also delivered the first student accommodation and the first build to rent schemes for Morgan Sindall Investments.

Ben Harrop

Ben is the General Manager for Chalkdene Developments in Hertfordshire. Ben has been part of the Morgan Sindall Investments team developing PPP business for over 10 years and has a particular focus on Joint Ventures and Partnerships with Public Sector Organisations.

Ben has successfully led several bid teams and established numerous public private partnerships that have delivered more that £500m of community projects such as schools and health care facilities and is responsible for developing unique partnership offerings and progressing this through to the establishment of our Joint Ventures.

Ben was responsible for establishing Hub West Scotland, a complex a 60/40 JV between MSI and the Scottish Futures Trust and 15 Public Sector Participants (Public Sector Partners) including the Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS Foundation Trust.

Neil is the Development Director for Morgan Sindall Investment’s two Strategic Estate Partnerships and is a senior commercial manager with over 20 years’ experience in project finance, transaction and commercial management. Neil also sits on a number of operational boards mainly in partnership with the public sector on strategic property joint ventures.

Hugh Robinson

Hugh has over 15 years’ experience of leading bids for large and complex projects utilising Public Private Partnership (PPP), Private Finance and Asset Backed contractual structures.

Since joining the company in 2009 Hugh has created successful solutions for our clients and partners across a wide range of sectors, with his projects ultimately delivering new housing, health buildings, schools, civic offices and a host of other social infrastructure.

Hugh is a key contributor of development expertise to our NHS Strategic Estates Partnership activity, and is a director of our partnership with Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, SDH Innovations Partnership LLP in his home county of Devon.

Jason Aiken, Senior Commercial Manager

Jason is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in the property sector for the past 7 years where is has built up strong commercial, finance and development experience from working on large regeneration projects.

He joined Morgan Sindall Investments in 2018 as a Senior Commercial Manager, since joining he has led a successful bid reaching the preferred bidder stage on the Brentwood Asset Development Programme a joint venture with Brentwood Borough Council. He is well versed in working closely with local authorities in joint venture property partnerships.

Ken is key member of the Capital Transactions team at Morgan Sindall Investments with over 15 years of experience in project finance, capital raising, investment management, and transaction and commercial management across a number of sectors including real estate and infrastructure.

Since joining Morgan Sindall Investments in 2010, has been involved in PPP/PFI and strategic property joint ventures principally with the public sector and assists in establishing investment joint ventures with third party equity providers.
