Our partnership with Morgan Sindall, Slough Urban Renewal, continues to go from strength to strength. It is not only providing Slough with iconic buildings like The Curve, but also world class leisure facilities, homes for our residents and even a home for our football team. It’s a partnership that has Slough residents at its core. Our future regeneration works at the Thames Valley University site and Stoke Wharf are testament to the fact we want to ensure all our residents benefit from this outstanding partnership which is redefining Slough.

Through our partnerships we are able to deliver true value and benefit to communities

Morgan Sindall Investments aims to alter perceptions, bring about real regeneration and create vibrant and sustainable communities that address the needs and aspirations of the people within them.

We won't suggest an off-the-peg solution – each partnership we create is unique with its own aspirations and different drivers for change. What is the same though is the desire to make a difference.

Morgan Sindall Investments launched its first large-scale partnership with Bournemouth in 2010 and we haven't looked back since.

Morgan Sindall Later Living is a development partner delivering purpose-built extra care housing and care environments. We manage the design, build and financing of modern, affordable developments, offering a turnkey solution to our clients.

We support and work in partnership with organisations, from Registered Providers (RPs), local authorities, social enterprises and other private care providers.

Our other partnerships

As well as our local authority development partnerships and later living solutions, we have three other long term partnerships, delivering a diverse range of developments and serving communities, from Glasgow in the North to Torbay in the South
